-Are there any restrictions on what I can do at the property?
Well we’re not expecting any of our guests to go all rock star on us, but just in case, you’ll be given a copy of the House Rules, that we expect all our guests to abide by when they’re in our holiday homes. If something is damaged you will be expected to pay to fix it.
-Are there any extra charges?
Our policy is that the price you see on the site when you click ‘Book Now’ is the price you pay. No ifs, no buts.
Any extra charges you incur during your stay will be optional, obvious and clearly signposted. We’d rather you loved the experience, booked again and told your friends about it.
-What is Pender Lea’s cancellation policy?
We hope you don’t have to cancel, but if you do, here’s our policy…
First up, you’ll need to notify us of your cancellation in writing. If you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee. If less than 8 weeks’ notice is given, there is a no refund of deposit policy.
-What are Pender Lea’s booking conditions?
To confirm all bookings, we require a 50% deposit. We ask you to pay the balance of your tariff 28 days before your arrival.

-Can I book at the last minute?
Yes! We’re happy to take your booking – if we have a vacancy. We recommend you book in advance, particularly in Winter, but we welcome your enquiry and will accommodate you at the last minute wherever possible.

Yes we do! One of the great advantages about staying at Pender Lea is that you have the choice of where you’d like to ski – just check the daily snow reports and you can decide which resort you’d like to go to that day. For the ultimate ski experience, we recommend you take full advantage of our location and try both Perisher and Thredbo.
