Covid-19 Cancellation Policy


If travel is restricted due to Government lockdowns, border closures or if your suburb is locked down due to a COVID-19 outbreak, we would firstly offer to move your bookings to different dates within 12 months or, if not suitable, a full refund minus a 10 % admin fee. If a booking is moved to a date with a different rate, the guest will be required to pay the additional funds.

 

Cancellation Policy


Prior to Arrival: 60 days or more, Full Refund less 10% of total booking amount. 59 days or less, all monies paid will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the property.

Any incurred costs in re-booking will be deducted from the refund amount. No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival or any unused services.

All cancellations must be notified in writing.

 

Terms and conditions


Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Once you have completed your reservation, we will automatically deduct a 50% deposit from your payment method.

The remaining 50% will be charged 28 days before arrival.

Please inform reception of any pets accompanying you

Pets are not allowed to remain in accommodation unattended

Parties and events are not permitted (Unless prior permission is granted)

Excessive noise won’t be tolerated

Upon departure, please leave your property clean and tidy

A cleaning surcharge will be charged for properties that are left dirty and untidy
